Entry Level Account Managers are responsible for
• - Meeting daily with various business owners and potential customers to present them with services our Fortune 500 clients provide.
• - Assisting in the daily business operations.
• - Developing and implementing original training techniques and tactics to achieve internal goals.
• - Developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment.
• - Managing external customer needs.
• - Developing excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Initially we train people on the above fundamentals, but we further train the candidates for management. The remainder of the training is discussed with the recruiting staff during the hiring process.
